Day Light Savings Time is this weekend which means Spring is just around the corner.  Now is the time to start planning where and what vegetables you are going to be growing this year.  Many of our customers don’t have lots of land to plant big gardens that could feed a village.   Even if they did have acres upon acres of land they might not have the time to maintain a full garden.  The next best thing for those short on land and time is a Raised Bed Garden.  Many of our customers that fit this profile come in looking for Western Red Cedar due to its great natural properties.

At Thomas Lumber we want to hear from our customers and friends about their raised bed gardens.  We want to hear where you are planting your food if you aren’t using a raised bed garden.  Send us pictures and descriptions if you have an unusual spot you plant your own food.
